After beginning his career as an intern, Danny Carter has graduated to being a Manager, A&R, and DJ who’s worked alongside award-winning producers and songwriters such as Boi-1da (Drake, Nicki Minaj, Eminem) Ester Dean (Katy Perry, Usher), Dem Jointz (Dr. Dre, Rihanna), and more. 

With a laser focus, and an unquenchable thirst for great music, DC is dedicated to nurturing the current Pray and Floss roster, while continuing the hunt for the next great talent.

DENZIL “DENNY” FOSTEr

Denzil “Denny” Foster

Denzil Foster, of Producer & Songwriter fame, and 1/2 of the legendary production team Foster & McElroy began his career at the tender age of 21 as a founder, and member of the group Timex Social Club/Club Nouveau. The group scored numerous platinum singles, and a platinum album on the pop charts. 

Not long after riding high from such early success, Denzil decided to partner with fellow band-member, Thomas McElroy, to begin 2 Tuff-E-Nuff Productions.

The songwriting/producing duo went on to become submerged in critical acclaim, awards, and nominations as their production and songwriting launched the successful careers of EnVogue, Tony Toni Tone', Raphael Saadiq, and more.

With multiple American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, BMI Songwriter Awards, and Grammy Nominations, Denzil represents a level of expertise and experience that few can rival. Now, as a manager, he makes his wisdom and knowledge readily available for all Pray and Floss clients to benefit from.
